After clerking with the United States Attorney's Office for three years, Paul began legal practice with a mid-size litigation firm in Charleston, WV. An experienced litigator with multiple jury verdicts bringing awards in excess of $2 million, Paul has proved himself as a seasoned trial lawyer.

Stroebel earned his Juris Doctorate from the WVU College of Law in 2017, where he was a member of the Order of the Coif (top ten percent of his graduating class), Moot Court, and a student attorney for the General Legal Clinic. He graduated magna cum laude from Wake Forest University in 2013. Paul has represented clients in Circuit, Family, Magistrate, and Municipal Courts, as well as the U.S. District Court for the Southern District of West Virginia.
